    Real boys club. Complains about harassment are continuously ignored or not taken seriously.

    It's not the 1950s anymore... act like it.

    Very corporate and earnings driven. It was all about the stockholders and not the employees

    Flexibility, fun environment, benefits are competitive, phone and laptop, corporate card, a few good mentors, food, facilities with gyms and fitness

    Cons

    Privileged, wealthy white men only thrive. If you do not fall in this category, you are most likely to end up stuck in a dead end job

    Friendly, good work ethics, open communication, upward mobility. Service oriented, growth focus, cross training, employee guidance

    Cons

    Very Large organization. multiple levels, sometimes impersonal, many silos, need to stay focused on task and not get lost in the mix

    Continue to promote from within. Focus on employee assention plans. continue flow down communication

    Site, co-workers, culture, a lot of overtime

    Cons

    not much room for growth, when contract ended no help from HR to continue being employed at another site. All I was told was: "good luck with your job opportunities."
