    Pros

Fun people to work with. Excellent training and development package. Opportunity to work on high profile projects. Opportunities to progress within the company. Rewarded when achieved results.

    Cons

Would be good if staff were given feedback throughout the life of a project. This motivates and encourages staff rather than wait until the end.
The mentoring system could be improved.

    Advice to Management

Provide a slightly more structured mentoring scheme. Provide more opportunities for staff to do external courses. Create more opportunities for staff to build relationships internally through team building exercises as well as external relationships with clients. Staff need to be more schooled on how to win business.
