    Good exposure to global teams. Promotes internal mobility.

    Cons

    Pay not consistent with global standards. Takes long time to get promoted to Associate.

    Advice to Management

    Treat people as per global standards. Don't try and impose different rules on employees in India.

    Facilities are great, discussions with superiors are open, good exposure with a worldwide counterparts, opportunities to work in a variety of countries and roles, people skills are more important than technical skills

    Cons

    certain amount of office politics as can be expected, people skills are more important than technical skills

    Advice to Management

    help make your employees feel at home. that would take care that they stay on longer, reduce office politics to encourage employee growth in a fair and even manner

    - Difficult to implement your own custom ideas and drive it at the firm wide level due to the large size of the organziation

    Management should be more open to ideas from the technology team. Though business is the top priority the effective use of technology would ultimately benefit the business

    >Very good HR Training before going on floor
    >Knowledge Management sessions was a cool idea to learn from different processes undertaken by the company.
    > Helps you improve personally(personal development) as well as professionally
    >Good understanding amongst the team members (atleast in my process of financial reporting)

    Cons

    > Low Salary
    > Over time in excess during peak months.
    > Compulsory 9 hours shift even though it is not a busy month and no such work to be done.
    > They do send the emails on Worklife balance but doesnt implement.

    Advice to Management

    > Increase the Salary
    > Try to reduce the Over Time hours and if not then atleast pay for the over time.
    > When there is no peak month, allow the employees to work from home or atleast leave early from office rather than keeping them wait until 9 hours.
