    Pros

Great work/life balance. Great benefits. 15 Vacation days, 6 sick days a year, personal time, and banking holidays. 401k match up to 5% after one year.

    Cons

Salary is not the best and was told could not negotiate for the role. Do not take higher education into consideration when determining salary. Not enough investment professionals and very demanding work load at times.

    Great Place to Work

    Business Outlook

    Pros

I started with the company towards the end of 2021. Through my first year I've learned so much and have had plenty of growth opportunities. I was fortunate enough to land on a great and close knit team which I've found to be beneficial in such a large company.

    Cons

As someone who's worked for both small and big companies, sometimes it's hard not to feel like you are just a number.

    Pros

good worklife balance, very diverse company with strong sense of inclusion, generous paid time-off, decent insurance

    Cons

vesting is until you are 3 years and it isnt pro-rated. This means if you leave the company at 2ys and 11 months, you forfeit the entire match. I dont like that. Also, the match is credited only once in a year, so if you leave the company before Dec 31st, you forfeit the whole match for that year. Also, we have to hold all our securities for at least 30 days before we can sell them. This subjects us to unnecessary exposure to sudden market volatility.
