Pros
Self scheduling, GREAT pay and the majority of the staff are very nice. Mr. Early (CEO) is a very lovely person and actually listens to the staff.
Cons
My department was always under staffed which can be dangerous in the psychiatric department.
Advice to Management
More staff in the psych department would make things so much better.

Pros
Pay was good as long as you get the shift differential. Working 3 12s is awesome.
Cons
Security is slow to respond if a patient starts threatening you. Unsafe working conditions for the med-psych floor. Hired as a psych tech, but the med psych floor was mostly patients with dementia who really needed a CNA.
Advice to Management
Respect people's safety and be honest about the roles your employees will fill.
