I have been working at JPS Health Network full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Level one trauma center in Fort Worth

    Cons

Physicians are allowed to be disruptive, curse and yell at you. MILITANT TIME AND ATTENDANCE POLiCY. GET WRITTEN UP FOR FORGETTING TO CLOCK IN OR APOROVE TIME CARD. Average health coverage , lousy manager

    Advice to Management

Relax t& a policy. This isn't 1*st grade. Treat nurses with respect. Stop allowing disruptive behavior from physicians

I have been working at JPS Health Network full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Teaching facility, great deal of respect and admiration, new technologies and equipment, supportive physicians, wide range of populations served. Police department within the hospital (rather than poorly trained guards).

    Cons

Bring your own lunch. McDs and tiny far away cafeteria; pharmacy for employees takes forever.
