I worked at JPS Health Network full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

The benefits were affordable, pto time is great, CEO is great, Great pay. The location is central and really works well for me.

    Cons

Micro managing, scheduling as well because it’s so up and down so it’s very hard to balance with your personal life, the department suffers from unfairness.

    Advice to Management

Improvement is needed from upper management. The negative mindset towards employees, and the unfairness needs improvement.

I worked at JPS Health Network full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The hourly staff work extremely hard to get the job done. Management should work as hard.

    Cons

Over works the staff without appropriate breaks. Employee retention is horrible causing the staff to be overworked and unappreciated.

    Advice to Management

Listen to the staff, implement the changes that are discussed rather than continue to take short cuts.
