    I have been working at JQ Office Equipment full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

    Family oriented and flexible with employees schedules. Everyone has a say and can make suggestions. Positive work environment and enjoyable to work there.

    Cons

    The small work force can make each position more visible to management but also gives you more opportunity to stand out.

    I have been working at JQ Office Equipment full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Family owned and operated. Nice work environment. Can learn alot about about copiers and career growth potential. All the upper management cares not like working for a big company where you are just a number. Great boss and pay is good.

    Cons

    Over all no cons maybe a lot of driving wear and tear on car.

    Pros

    Employees' opinions are valuable to management at JQ. With around 30 employees, we're big enough to take care of all client needs, yet small enough to customize solutions. Everyone's input is welcomed as the company strives to constantly improve both the client and employee experience. We're very supportive of each other.

    Cons

    Although this is changing, we need more marketing to get our name out. JQ has a great reputation among companies that work with us, but, there isn't a lot of name recognition in the greater community even though we've been in business since 1965.

    I have been working at JQ Office Equipment full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

    'Laid back' family environment but still very professional atmosphere makes working at JQ very satisfying. After 16 years I still look forward to coming to work. Everyone knows their job & the expectations that come with their responsibilities. We all strive to provide top of the line products & services at all times.

    Just can't get anyone talked into a 4-day work week...darn it!

    Pros

    Great place to work for. The Owner and Sales Director are in tune to what their employees need. I love the fact that they emphasize building relationships with our clients instead of focusing on Sales.

    Cons

    Being new to the business in general, the Con is learning to build your client base.

    I have been working at JQ Office Equipment full-time

    Pros

    Being a locally owned company allows for a lot of flexibility and willingness to try new things. There have been A LOT of changes in the last handful of months and EVERYONE not only has embraced them, they have been encouraged.

    Cons

    I am a firm believer in solving problems versus complaining about them. Any "con" that has come up has been quickly been talked about, solution created, and then executed.
