    Emphasis on trauma-informed care, ensuring we are providing the most effective and up-to-date interventions for our students (SMART, Neurofeedback, etc)., great benefits, supportive supervisors, working within a multi-discplinary team, opportunities for career advancement

    A few employees really need to pick up the pace and show they are committed to an otherwise strong team.

    As owned by a charity all the profits go back to them leaving little for reinvestment
