    Pros

This is a great company to work for. You have so much opportunity for growth in your field, great support, tuition reimbursement, supportive co-workers, on-the-job training, cooperative and friendly working environment, good benefits package. Great office administrators

    Cons

The only downside was the area office administrator. Although I found this administrator easy to speak to I found it very very difficult to trust anything that was said from this person. There were too many inconsistencies and too many change stories that made me feel very uncomfortable with speaking with them and made them seem very unprofessional

    Advice to Management

Change the area manager for Seminole County and hire someone who was properly trained by JSA or if the DaVita Medical Group

I worked at JSA Medical Group full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Monday - Friday, no wknds, no holidays I guess I can say that they are at least consistent with not giving pay increases.

    Cons

They suck. Senior mgmt doesn't have a clue. Trying so hard to be DaVita all the while sticking it to the workers. Very clicky and if the people in the office don't like you, your life is miserable.

    Advice to Management

Why not actually come and work in one of the clinics one day. Of course they won't because they can't!

"Low wages for mid to lower employees, poor communication, a lot of fighting among VPs and Sr VPs - Silo Environment"

    Pros

Most employees work hard, strive to deliver quality work, and have a drive to go above and beyond.
Corporate office is always cold-cool (sweater comfortable temperature).
Mix of up-to-date software and antiquated software and systems.
Quarterly state of the company meetings.

    Cons

VPs, Sr VPs and other upper level management prefer working in silo environments (creates poor communication, poor development, and unlikeliness for advancement), throwing others under the bus, claim ownership for discoveries peers or lower level employees submit (and get away with it due to the silos), expect salaried personnel to work 50 or more hours a week, and constantly demean mid to lower level employees. All managers are expected to partake in demeaning others or they'll become one of the victims.
HR will tell management exactly what mid to lower level employees say with no discretion whatsoever. HR helps secure the silo environment within the company and this gives upper management the ability rule without checks and balances.
Once DaVita took on a larger role, demotions and firings became the utmost concern for all...extreme high turnover during this timeline of events (end of 2014). Unfortunately, the changes made by DaVita did not make for an improved working environment.

    Advice to Management

Management does not take advice when it comes to improvement of mid to lower employees.

    Pros

Flexible hours, good HR department very supportative.

    Cons

Management tends to micromanage. No new leadership at the top which hinders new ideas. Management allows for "click groups" which isolate others and leads to bad morale.

    Advice to Management

Listen to employees, allow growth for new employees

I worked at JSA Medical Group full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Yes weekends, you're expected to get piles of work done. And go to the office if an alarm go's off. No extra pay for that.

    Cons

Piles of work you feel bad delegating because there is not enough employees. We don't know Company we are w/the buy out 5 years ago.

    Advice to Management

More Floats on hand for offices that need it on all levels. Ma to PCP. Davita needs to care about the little people & stop putting shows & writing them off as Learning

    Pros

Great salary offer and Monday through Friday

    Cons

High turnover in medical Department with constant job advertising for the same position seems to be unable to keep not a good look for someone that is looking for a stable environment. After interviewing and seeing how rushed they were to interview and get you started made me decline

    Advice to Management

Employee retention is very important it shows your future staff how you will treat them and what they can look forward to possibly
