I have been working at JSI Logistics full-time

    Pros

Management restructure, ability to grow, open communication, friendly environment, challenging work

    Cons

There was a management shuffle about a year ago and it has made huge improvements, but there are still some things that have to be changed. My understanding is that they are being addressed. At this time the outcome of the future changes are unknown.

    Advice to Management

Keep pushing the new agenda, do not get content.

    Pros

Only positive part of working at JSI you can not show up get paid on show up when upper managers come to the branch

    Cons

Upper management are out for themselves. Only good old boys get promoted within the company. Owner has no knowledge of the business. Left it in the hand of bad managers who do not know how to run the company. No supervision with government agencies. The upper manager can do what they want spend money work 7 days a week department managers gets the credit

    Advice to Management

Let your employees do work they are good at Work with morals and not corruption across the company give the employees a raise and not upper managers keep promises of promotions show empathy when someone in a family dies or has an illness be there for your employees

I worked at JSI Logistics full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Taco truck. That was the highlight of my day and only good thing about JSI.

    Cons

If you’re good at your job they will keep giving you other people’s jobs until you break and if you file for workermans comp they’ll fire you.

    Advice to Management

You have managers that negotiated horrible deals and sold dollar bills for 25 cents which is why they spend all day having the same meeting over and over again trying to figure out why they are always in the red. As long as you have those same managers drunk driving the company into the ground your budget will always be bleeding out red.

    Pros

Career opportunities are everywhere in this company. It's a growing business that went thru some bumps in the last few years but all companies do.
    - benefits package
    - Good development for entry level

    Cons

All of the change in the last few years has made it difficult to get good footing. But the last 8 months has cleaned up a lot of the problems.

    Advice to Management

Keep cleaning the garbage. The people that work hard deserve to keep growing.

I worked at JSI Logistics (More than 3 years)

    Pros

You don't have to show up in the office or meet revenue goals in order to keep your job.

    Cons

It has the single worst President and top management I have ever seen in my career. The lack of work ethic, motivation, and ambition creates the worst work environment imaginable. Do your own research and realize it's the same people from day 1. No movement, no changes, just company politics and a lot of red tape.

    Advice to Management

    Learn moral and ethical values.

I worked at JSI Logistics full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

JSI Logistics is a great niche player and rapidly expanding in Asian Pacific. The company service portfolio is very impressive and offers creative solutions for the Semiconductor industry.

    Cons

Very poor Management and Leadership. Strategic decisions are not orchestrated properly within the company. Service solutions are limited to a niche market.

Working at JSI feels like traveling back in time. Very old interior, outdated ops software, thrift shop furniture and no windows.
