    Learned a lot from company.

    Cons

    Worked hard and was not appreciated.. Management was not very professional.

    I worked at JSI Logistics full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    JSI Logistics is a great niche player and rapidly expanding in Asian Pacific. The company service portfolio is very impressive and offers creative solutions for the Semiconductor industry.

    Cons

    Very poor Management and Leadership. Strategic decisions are not orchestrated properly within the company. Service solutions are limited to a niche market.

    Working at JSI feels like traveling back in time. Very old interior, outdated ops software, thrift shop furniture and no windows.

    Pros

    Very flexible work hours. Very relaxed atmosphere. A lot of potential for the company that plays in a very niche market.

    Cons

    No direction from upper management which is slowing company growth and hampering employee growth. Also, upper management needs to be held accountable for their lack in direction.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to your employees and let them take ownership. Hold all employees accountable on an even playing field and not favoring favorites. Morale is extremely low across the board.
