Pros

Comps are amazing. PTO. PDP bonuses. Freedom. Snacks. Water. Sodas. Lunches. Days off. Freedom to work at home if needed. Closed over Christmas break. 7.5 hour work days.

Cons

Secrecy at the top. No one really ever knows what is going on except for a select few. Inability to move positions within the company. Favoritism. Lots and lots of Favoritism.

Offers challenging expansion of technical experience; but a dead-end job.

Competitive salary and great benefits. Great office locations in Canada and U.S. Security clearance required. Canada work-life balance is exceptional.

Cons

Recent layoffs reveal the true state of declining business. Prime candidate for buyout. U.S. work-life balance sucks. Zero upward career path available. No entry level positions.
