I loved working with me fellow coaches
Pay is alright, but you can essentially set your own hours outside of your base schedule.
Cons
They Joy of coaching was really sucked out of me.
There is a definite preference to some coaches.
Alot of overbearing critiquing, some good, mostly just negative feedback.
