    No opinion of CEO

I worked at JUKI Corporation full-time

    Pros

No micromanagement. The managers really care about feedback from other employees. The turnover is next to nothing and you can tell why! It's a stable job with great benefits especially management i.e. car allowances, progressive time off benefits.

    Cons

Lack of professionalism at times. Lots of gossiping on company time. Strict tardy policy. Little room for advancement.

    Advice to Management

Stop gossiping with each other on company time and don't be complacent with your leadership skills. There is always room for improvement.

    Negative Outlook

I worked at JUKI Corporation full-time

    Pros

Nearly 3 weeks of PTO, tons of holidays, bonuses, reasonable hours.

    Cons

    -Poor leadership.
-Managers that should have retired 15 years ago, but the Japanese value loyalty so much they will never fire department heads, even those who are completely out of touch with the modern day world and have not contributed to the company in a solid decade.
-Older managers are terrified younger, more experienced, more educated staff will take their positions and leave them obsolete.
-They have no regard for Labor Laws. NONE.
-HR is a glorified, over-paid administrative assistant.

    Advice to Management

Keep doing things your way so you can continue to be sued (and lose every time) and run yourself into the ground.
