    good place to work most of time

    sometimes work slows and you have to take off

    Great atmosphere around fellow coworkers

    Certain supervisors would work with you on job sites and make known what was expected

    Cons

    A few bad supervisors made some days and certain jobs a hostile environment

    Upper management was slow to intervene even though multiple complaints about supervisors was made

    Good benefits the place was always clean good employees always has stuff to do learned slot there good place

    It seemed like they always lay off it sucked coming to work wondering if you were going to have a job or not

    I'm very good at what I do hard worker I have an open mind doesn't take long for me to learn something new no doubt I won't fit for the job

    Immature safety leads, leads take time off whenever they like - no repercussions, its not what you know - its who you know.

    Advice to Management

    Hire and judge people from their work scope and arriving early to work everyday, not by word of mouth. Take in consideration when an employee is sick and at work. Shameless...
