    Pros

Most of the people at JVS are great, the client base is wonderful and most of the Job Coaches were good as well.

    Cons

Overall leadership truly needs improvement. Equipment was not up to par with the business times. The workload was impossible and people were often afraid to ask questions or speak their minds. Benefits were good pay was at the lowest end of the bell curve.

    Advice to Management

Barbara Nurenberg is no longer CEO at JVS. The management team is uninformed, paranoid and treats employees like robots.
