    Some lack loooking for a pay check but helping others with a positive attitude does great deeds

    Teamwork leads to better success and able to pinpoint our downstream to making things better for all and not certain individuals

    Can't think of good things about this company

    Cons

    They pay way too low
    They will edit timepunches to avoid paying you overtime
    They add lunch breaks and don't give them
    They over work people
    They push blame around

    Advice to Management

    I was management and got the hell away from there the company is trashy and the only people willing to work there are stealing under the table.
    Stay away from A3H foods in Houston
    And CNR holding in Houston.

    None, because they all need to learn manners and how to respect their elders, and I have no idea how many letters 20 words is.

    Cons

    The management needs to learn how to manage her employees, especially the fryers.

    Advice to Management

    learn how to hire your employees to a better standard, and make sure that they speak English.

    Pros

    You could possibly do a lot of things that you couldn't get away with at any other food chain or job in general for that matter

    Cons

    They'll over work you if you're a hard worker , managers steal, so hard to get a raise, the coworkers can be lazy and probably steal from you as well

    Watch your stores and area mangers closely! They are doing dirty things

    Working with different people. Meeting students from different countries. Customers.

    Cons

    Low pay for work required. Not enough people on shift. To focused on labor. Not focused enough on customers

    Treat all employees with respect.

    With the volume of customers it can be trying at times.

    - Half off on all foods
    - meeting new people every day
    - gaining more responsibility

    Cons

    - No breaks AT ALL
    - people were RUDE !!
    - Unorganized
