    Pros

    Can't think of good things about this company

    Cons

    They pay way too low
    They will edit timepunches to avoid paying you overtime
    They add lunch breaks and don't give them
    They over work people
    They push blame around

    Advice to Management

    I was management and got the hell away from there the company is trashy and the only people willing to work there are stealing under the table.
    Stay away from A3H foods in Houston
    And CNR holding in Houston.

    I have been working at Jack in the Box full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    The only "pro" could be free food, depending on the manager. Also some discounts. Nothing else. Nothing else. Nothing else.

    Cons

    Expect your schedule moving around. $50 a month for a fake health insurance. You're supposed to have sick days but they try to avoid it or say they don't have sick days available. No vacations. No overtime pay even if you go over 40 hours. Sometimes there's missing hours from your paycheck. No bonuses. No increase in pay. No appreciation for hard workers. And supervisors do not solve any issues you might encounter. If you call in or ask for a day off, you're basically punished with hours removed from you or changed in schedule without your knowledge or approval.

    Advice to Management

    Have more appreciation for hard workers. Don't abuse your employees.

    None, because they all need to learn manners and how to respect their elders, and I have no idea how many letters 20 words is.

    Cons

    The management needs to learn how to manage her employees, especially the fryers.

    Advice to Management

    learn how to hire your employees to a better standard, and make sure that they speak English.

    Actually care about your workers and stop treating us like dogs

    I like it because I was maintenance. I liked it at first but I was working four days . Kept everything clean

    Cons

    Sucked working I was always blamed for everything. I only worked two days a weeks. I was the only one cleaning so it was always dirty when I was working 2 daysMangment was horrible. Lots of favouritism

    Advice to Management

    Make sure you don't play favouritism also make sure you keep the kitchen cleaner that thing was nasty. Also you leads were bad

    I have been working at Jack in the Box (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    Corporate has their demands so the franchise operator doesn't totally mess up a good name!

    Cons

    The franchise operator doesn't have savvy area management. They are hiring the least capable people so that they keep their job secure. They don't want to pay their employees what they are worth, they mostly treat them like they don't know you. They love to play favorites and they run short handed because of lazy management and greed. I am betting that sales are soft and certain management don't come to work on-time and leave early. Also upper management chasing their own tail trying to patch holes and do their little reports and graphs that do nothing but prove that you are clueless and lazy too!

    Advice to Management

    Franchise owner is placing trust and taking the word of people who may just need job security at his expense. So good luck with food safety when you don't staff and train properly. Also, stop relying on the original hind end kissers...time to grow up and improve.

    Pros

    You could possibly do a lot of things that you couldn't get away with at any other food chain or job in general for that matter

    Cons

    They'll over work you if you're a hard worker , managers steal, so hard to get a raise, the coworkers can be lazy and probably steal from you as well

    Watch your stores and area mangers closely! They are doing dirty things
