    Pros

    The culture is great and great CEO. Feels like a small company within a big company. Many employees with long tenure.

    Cons

    Recent cuts in G&A were not made wisely and left a lot of people feeling un motivated.

    Advice to Management

    Don't lose touch with the little people. Get some feedback from them and do something with it.

    Pros

    There are no pros.
    Not even free food...
    One pro you can go up in management quick but not worth the pay for an extra dollar...

    Cons

    Pay for lunch
    Fast pace to the next level
    Closing sucks because morning cooks talk crap on you even if you do an okay job
    My partner cook would always leave me alone so pretty much made the meat and assembled the burgers on my own.
    It is exhausting at the end.
    People in the front will mix up the orders which cause one to be behind.

    Advice to Management

    Hire more employees when you notice you have employees that need to get terminated.

    I love working with all the managers and corporate personnel. I have always loved my boss!

    Cons

    Jack in the Box needs to provide more up to date training and update their systems. The company is behind the times when it comes to technology. Our employees are getting the training they need to be successful in their jobs.

    I love people and working around them makes my job worth working

    Cons

    I don't like the way things are happening around me sometimes and there is a lot of drama that goes on there....I am still there because of the people....that's my main concern....I have a lot of people I've gotten to know and really connect with.....I have a big heart for people so as long as they are happy that's all I'm hoping for

    Friendly Staff competent Management Professional Team Leaders opportunities to learn high food safety regulations prepare you for future Resturant positions

    Cons

    Not able to provide preferred hours and days , drive thru service based off time, promotions based of availability instead of skill you must be able to close 2 days a week or work overnight to be a team leader

    Focus more on customer service and less on time to prevent rushed mistakes!

    Clean, great food, employees are respectful and have a great work ethic. Just a great place to work at.

    None at all. Kinda gets busy at some times but it's a good working experience

    Pros

    If you are a good worker, you can get many hours. Interacting with team and customers makes the day go quicker. Everyday is different

    Cons

    Low pay, minimum wage most likely. No benefits. Lots of pressure to work fast. Sometimes customers are very rude and will get on your nerves.

    Advice to Management

    Appreciate your employees. If you see them doing good, call it out. If you see them doing bad, pull them to the side and let them know. People like to feel they are making a difference, even at Jack.
