I worked at Jack in the Box part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Some free food
    Easy to get a job
My boss did not care if my coworkers were high
You don't need a clean record

    Cons

My manager disregarded the hours I was available and would call me at 11pm to ask me to work at 6 am the next morning and wouldnt take no for an answer. I was also a minor when I was working there and he had me working 12 hours shifts. There was one night after a football game when I was working the drive thru and the front register for 12+ customers and the kitchen staff was just kind of watching me flounder. We also got frequent complaints from customers that our manager and team leader were rude.

    Advice to Management

    Just close the woodinville location.

I worked at Jack in the Box full-time

    Pros

Huge Corporation with a lot of resources

    Cons

Always changing ownership in different markets.

    Advice to Management

It can be great if you are under the corporate umbrella. But if you're in a franchise market beware of constant buyouts in many markets. A constant change of ownership leaves very little sense of job security

I worked at Jack in the Box full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    None, besides few friendly coworkers.

    Cons

A guy asked me sexually inappropriate things my first day there.

    Advice to Management

If you say you're giving me a schedule, and don't plan on actually giving me one, just tell me I'm fired or you don't need me. I waited around, called back multiple times, and was given the run around instead of being given an honest dismissal. This went on for weeks.

You get to meet so many different types of people and interact with them. You also get to learn about communication.

    Cons

People are not too kind when it comes to their food. Also, you can be thrown into situations head on without knowing the skills you need to make it through - yet expectations are wild.

    Advice to Management

    Lead by example.
