    Pros

    we get the race the speed of device time when we get lunch rushed or we listen in on the intercom on conversations .pretty funny.

    Cons

    teenagers are the worst but the ones that have been there longer wants special attention for everything.

    Advice to Management

    listen more or write down quality notes to use when you in action of running a store.it's not just to tell people to do your work and go sit down you have other things to do the why you have higher pay.

    Pros

    You can work 40 plus hours a week and get paid time and a half for overtime

    Cons

    They are always short staffed so you end up having to do double the work for min. wage

    Advice to Management

    You work employees too hard and morale is always low you need to do things to boost employee morale like a raise

    Pros

    A nice place to work they are very invested in employees, they host spirit events almost every month and have a strong sense of community. Pay is very competitive and benefits package is affordable.

    Cons

    Job openings are not easy to come by, upward mobility is a challenge but not impossible. Company is moving fast, they sometimes don't take enough time for employees to adjust to new initiatives

    Advice to Management

    Keep listening to the people that work for you, they know the challenges of the daily working environment. Engage with employees to see if there are opportunities to make working more enjoyable.

    Discounted food and thats it

    Cons

    manager never paid me for some of my hours worked
    assistant manager yell and curse at me in front of customers
    manager yelled at me in fron of customers when i asked for my money
    crack heads yelling at you
    grown men (30-45) trying to entice you to come to thecar with them (I just turned 16 at the time)

    Fire everyone and start again

    We dont have sum things we get cursed out and anybody could come up there and say their order was messed up and get free food
