      Pros

Free meals if a Team Leader.

      Cons

This job requires a lot of work and customer service skills. Too many minors who aren't responsible or take advantage and be lazy and on their phones make it harder for the team leaders. Management turns a blind eye and doesn't care about graveyard employees!! Franchises don't pay employees insurance benefits. Many illegals who barely speak English work there.

      Pros

Good hours, fast paced and decent pay

      Cons

Upper management wouldn’t put the team leaders in a position to succeed and left us on our own

      Management is not good.

      Pros

Discounts on food & free drinks.

      Cons

Everything is run on favorites. Some team leaders make Jack in the Box look bad. They’re just team leaders because they are friends with the manager not because of their hard work/effort.

Great if you work at a franchise store and the management is good, awful if it's corporate

      Pros

-If franchise, the manager is the only real person above you aside from a few others, so it's easy to talk about things like raises, time off, sick pay, etc. -If franchise, you don't need to take abuse from customers like you do with corporate. -If corporate, you get accumulated vacation time, which is nice. -Either will work with your schedule if you go to school because the hours are flexible

      Cons

-Rough scheduling. You'll either feel like you live there, or won't get enough hours. -Hours vary between "You work 3 days for 8 hours" or "You work 5 days, your two days off are in between your work days" -No consistent scheduling, so if you want to work full time, be prepared to close one day, open the next, get a day off, close again, open again, and then get a mid shift. -Pay is relatively low. Team leaders have to do a decent amount more work than the other employees but get paid only a little more. Cooks work the hardest and get paid the same as cashiers. -Healthcare is complete garbage

Horrible place to work at. Everyone is so rude to you

      Pros

      Free food and that’s it.

      Cons

Everything. Not sanitary place nor do they wash their hands. the manager only hires friends and her friends are Team leaders and have horrible customer service yet still work there. You get left in your position alone while getting yelled at based off your times.

      Pros

Everyone was friendly and willing to help at times, good if you're looking for a quick part-time job. You get discounts on food and drinks and really enjoyed it because I worked with my friends.

      Cons

There were two reasons I left and the first being it got to far, my rides were available and it was $20 for uber every time and it ate at my check also the second reason was the customers were sometimes jerks if you got something wrong with their order, sometimes yell at you or drive away. If your manager was there or team leader they'd yell at you, but I'd always have to apologize every time even if they were on their phone and you've repeated their order twice; I did it three times. I'd sometimes be left alone to deal with the front desk and drive-thru, it got too stressful for me and I gave my two weeks and left up out of there, no thanks.

      Management Training in Need

Apr 25, 2018 - Team Leader in Las Vegas, NV
      Recommend
      CEO Approval
      Business Outlook

      Pros

It's a good job for entry level people and part-time.

      Cons

Starting pay at less than minimum wage which is below living rate No benefits No pay raise Management let their employees do whatever they want, affecting the good employees who actually follow the rules to leave because of lack of work ethics. Lack of communication between team leaders and restaurant managers. Young employees and whoever smokes during their shift are almost always baked. People with no papers usually get to do whatever they want. Management don't really care if employees take food home without paying.
