    Pros

There are a lot of sister companies under their umbrella so you can easily find other locations. Management on all levels are very personal and hands on.

    Cons

Really can’t think of any at all.

    Pros

Great pay, great benefits, great vacation starting day 1, family type of business

    Cons

Long hours, no support, lack of acknowledgment, working the system to make you look good on paper. Hardest workers get overlooked. No work life balance. You will not see your family unless you take vacation!

They are not quite what they're selling you.

    Pros

Great opportunity to gain restaurant experience and exposure to some great industry proven leadership tools. Great place to learn the slippery slopes of "who you know."

    Cons

You will definitely be apart of an organized mess mandating 10hr work days. The tools are available however, there are far to many selfish people in upper management and that trickles down throughout the company. Well paid individuals throughout the entire company are all out trying to do their own thing and so it has gotten to the point that even the most entry level people are out for themselves as well. If you are not connected or content with mediocrity you will get pushed out or driven crazy. Open door policy is a farce and the most high human resources and payroll personnel will discuss your personal business affairs with others. Don't fall for it unless you know you have sub par standards or you are early in your career.
