I worked at Jackson Healthcare for more than 10 years

    Pros

Nice building, fitness center (but it's not free), cafe is good but the menu doesn't vary much

    Cons

Backstabbing management- they have fired good people for no reason. They pressure employees to respond positively to surveys so they can look good. Little recognition of the individual accomplishments of employees. Support people are subjected to seeing the rewards the sales people get without any chance of being able to get the same thing - posters about trips, etc.. It use to be a caring environment but now it's all about money and appearances. Employees who work in support roles are often ignored because they aren't direct money makers.

I worked at Jackson Healthcare full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    Real nice building and coworkers

    Cons

Overall decent middle management folks but those at the very top do nothing about executives who mistreat their staff. Loyalty and hard work are ignored too much. Their reputation as a great place to work has being damaged.

    I worked at Jackson Healthcare

    Pros

Nice building Very professional front line employees Fitness center

    Cons

The sales reps are treated with kid gloves. The support departments are disrespected considered a necessary evil. Political unprofessional human recources division isn't trusted. Company has grown too fast. Don't expect confidential things to stay that way long.

I have been working at Jackson Healthcare

    Pros

Nice building Nice cafeteria Nice hours Nice pay

    Cons

The people they trust to make IT decisions are not competent to do so (#1). That includes hardware and software Whole company is setup into kingdoms like previous review said No communication (like zero!) between kingdoms Each company builds the same thing over and over, wasting money Most of the managers/directors/etc I know of are not overly concerned with the bottom line
