    Pros

This is a seasonal position. If you have a lot of clients, you can concentrate these about 3 month during the tax season, can make a good money.

    Cons

Since this is a seasonal position once season is over if you do not have any other job,you will be unemployed.

    Pros

Easy call handling and call volume. Customer service is there to provide information, set appointments or transfer to a local office. Flexible schedule and willing to work with you.

I have been working at Jackson Hewitt part-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

If you only want to work for a few months a year, it's great. Keep current on tax laws. Flexible schedule. Great people to work with.

    Cons

Tax season is only 3-4 months long, so if you're looking for a permanent position, this is not the place for you. Work hours can fluctuate depending on how busy it is. Business slows down from the end of February until early April, so labor hours are cut.
