    Pros

Benefits are good and enjoyed working with most of the employees.

    Cons

Management should try to work together with the employees more. I left feeling like all my hard work did not matter.

    Advice to Management

Realize things aren't always what they seem, be more aware of what's going on around you.

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

    Renovated areas are nice
    Great cafeteria food
    Not very busy
    Some good front line staff

    Cons

CEO works for management company from Tennessee- he is not a hospital employee--- his Focus is on making money.
They have difficulty recruiting doctors and they tolerate unprofessional behavior because they don't want to lose the ones they have.
Small town mentality that sabotages creativity and growth. Rules enforced sporadically depending on who you are.
Patient care is not main focus at this hospital--- main focus is on "passing the FCAT"--- what I mean by that is they spend their time and energy on meeting core measures and passing Joint Commission visits-- because those are financial reimbursement incentives.

    Advice to Management

Senior management disengaged and arrogant. Advice would not be well received.
