No clue what they are doing

      Pros

401k, Good Pay, Good Benefits, Good PTO. Good while it lasted.

      Cons

Company is going down hill fast. They appear to be in the midst of dissembling the company bit by bit and selling off all assets. Not much future here. The Parent Company Prudential UK is attempting to extract all possible value out of the company and does not care if there is a functioning company left afterwards. They demand long hours and do not care about work life balance at all. They will call you all times of the night or day. Multiple times (pretty much weekly) I was on a bridge call for 12+ hours during off hours, and then expected to come into work with no sleep and work my normal working hours. No amount of Salary is worth that kind of stress. Pays a lot of lip services to Culture, but then just threw it all out the window. They simply do not care about the community like they claim. They out-sourced all IT infrastructure to a company out of India, and that Company is cutting all ties with the area and moving all IT jobs over seas. Support for the company is abysmal. People are leaving like rats from a sinking ship. Even in the midst of a global pandemic people would rather take unemployment then continue working here. Recently changed CEO's and most C level management (2019). New Management has made clear they are looking to Pump and Dump the company.

      Pros

If you are still a Jacskon it is great. Excellent benefits. Good pay for the area. They treat you great.

      Cons

They just outsourced all IT operations to Tech Mahindra. There is no future for any IT staff at the company.

Poor Communication, Misrepresentation, & Ridiculous On-Boarding

      Pros

Good cafeteria, building is pretty, good pay for entry level, benefits.

      Cons

Miscommunication is very prevalent as well as misrepresentation. During the interview process as well as the on-boarding, the position was misled. This is a very entry level position and not even close to what my experience is. I was reached out to by one of their talent specialists and I feel like they tailored their spiel and interview to me in order for me to accept. I knew instantly once starting that this wasn’t at all what I should be doing. The information presented throughout the first week was completely false and I learned very quickly that things said or promised were not accurate.

      Where performance is rewarded!

Jun 4, 2018 - RVP in Denver, CO

      Pros

Promotes from within frequently, Good pay, excellent benefits, including great 401(k), generous match, tuition reimbursement for dependents! Performance is recognized and rewarded.

      Cons

External wholesaling may require moving around the country to get to your ultimate territory. Promotion to external is extremely competitive, as the industry is not growing anymore.
