I have been working at Jackson Therapy Partners for less than a year

    Pros

Brian Laninfa is a great recruiter. Constantly on top of what is going on. He is an excellent communicator and he has gotten me some awesome contracts.

    Cons

It's hard to tell whether you are getting reimbursed fairly as a contractor. Brian was very fair with me.

I worked at Jackson Therapy Partners

    Pros

I traveled from Pennsylvania to Texas with Robbie Guess leading the way for me. I worked two contracts in Texas before taking a fulltime position. Robbie called me every week like clockwork and he was very attentive and professional. I will work with Robbie again I'm sure. Jackson Therapy was a good company to work for. I had no issues or troubles at all. They paid well with weekly take home and offered pretty good...

    Cons

Benefits and continuing education credits are not offered during the first contract. Other than that, I could not find any cons.

    Advice to Management

    Offer upfront benefits.

I worked at Jackson Therapy Partners for less than a year

    Pros

I was always paid on time. I was able to get medical and dental insurance right away. I was provided with an apt with housewares in it on each assignment.

    Cons

The places I was living at were not kept informed. Many of the weeks I worked for Jackson I got less than 30 hours of work. There is no reimbursement for CE courses or license renewal fees. Complaints from clients were sometimes put on the wrong employee.

    Advice to Management

Be more organized. Keep hotels and leasing offices informed of when the employee is moving out. Putting the complaint on the wrong employee is not useful.
