Pros
Everything about JTP made the process super fast and simple. You can tell they are still learning about other allied health professions after branching out from just travel therapists, but recruiters are very attentive and always looking out for you. You get paid every week and all you have to to is send them an picture of your timecard on your phone, so no having to go through management and have bosses sign stuff.
Cons
Not as many opportunities as other travel companies

Thank you for your five star review, and for taking the time to leave us your feedback! We're thrilled to hear that you've had an easy onboarding and placement experience, and are growing our technology enhancements to make getting your next assignment even faster and easier. It's true that our allied division is an expansion of our services, and is a direct result of our clients who asked us to help them with their allied positions alongside their therapy needs. With our growth came new team members, so we deeply appreciate your patience with us through our expansion. Our allied team has been thriving for two years now, and we're excited for what the future holds for that division. Thank you for your commitment to patient care, and for taking us along on your journey!

Pros
They offer work from home.
Cons
They are quick to tell you how much money you can make but don’t support you to get there. It’s a lot of luck. The leads get sent to the senior staff, same with referrals. The rich get richer and the poor get fired. They don’t give you enough time to be successful. It’s honestly like a high school lunch room, there are the popular kids and a few outsiders. Not a job for grownups or real professionals. Just a bunch of kids who are making more than they are worth.

We're disappointed to hear that you had such a negative experience, and sincerely hope you provided your feedback to our HR team; if you’ve moved on, we hope you did so during your exit interview. Many items you relate above would require more specific insights before we could adequately address them, but regardless, we take your feedback to heart and will review your criticisms with care and thoughtful consideration. We’re happy to hear you enjoyed the ability to work from home; it's important to us that our associates can maintain a work-life balance in our hybrid-remote work environment. We want to mention that we survey our associates two to three times a year, ensuring they have anonymous opportunities to express any ideas or improvements to our culture, department initiatives, or company strategies. For two years now, our associates’ feedback resulted in JTP being awarded “Top Workplace” by Orlando Sentinel in 2022 and 2023. If you have the chance to reach out to our HR team to provide specific insights, please do so. It's important to us to understand your experience and to respond to critical feedback with action whenever possible.
