Pros
Great communication, can be aggressive
Cons
You need to know what you want
We're thrilled your experience was so positive, and deeply appreciate you taking the time to leave us a 5 star review! Your insight is important to us. Regarding your Con, our Recruiters are here to help support, counsel, and advocate for our associates. So, whether you're sure of what you want, or you're just exploring your options, we're here to support you either way.

Pros
They offer work from home.
Cons
They are quick to tell you how much money you can make but don’t support you to get there. It’s a lot of luck. The leads get sent to the senior staff, same with referrals. The rich get richer and the poor get fired. They don’t give you enough time to be successful. It’s honestly like a high school lunch room, there are the popular kids and a few outsiders. Not a job for grownups or real professionals. Just a bunch of kids who are making more than they are worth.

Quick, dependable, helpful, informative and flexible
Cons
Sometimes jobs end prior end of assignment, but it is part of the course in the travel industry.

We sincerely appreciate you taking the time out to leave us a four star review! Your insight is important to us and we're delighted to hear that you had a positive experience with our team. We're concerned however about the "con" you listed and would really appreciate additional insight, in case this is something that needs to be addressed on our end. It's not clear to us from your comment whether you engaged in an "as needed" contract or if the assignment just wasn't a good fit for you and the client. While we do offer "as needed" contracts, these types of contracts are traditionally only offered seasonally since most employers prefer a13-week contract, and they're only offered to individuals who are comfortable with those terms. On the other hand, if the contract was ended early due to the client's need for an expanded or different skillset, while rare, sometimes positions just aren't a good fit. In these cases, your recruiter immediately goes into action to find you a new contract and reduce any "down time" between assignments. Again, we're not entirely sure what challenge you faced, but we do hope you'll give us a second chance, or even tell us a little more so we can make sure no one else encounters this difficulty, if at all possible: askjackson@jacksontherapy.com.

Been with them for a short time
Sep 15, 2022 - Physical TherapistRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Great pay, good use of stipend compared to hourly. Good communication with therapists. Good support system so far.
Cons
None so far. Travel therapy in itself has plenty of pros and cons, this specific company does not have any outside the realm of normal cons for travel.

Thank you for your review and for the positive feedback on pay and work life balance. It's important to us in our fully remote work environment that our team is able to maintain a positive work-life balance. As it relates to your con, we'd really appreciate additional insight into the lack of management positions. In the last year, we've hired several new managers, and promoted several more into new supervisory and management roles across different teams. Depending on the department you're working in, there may be a limited number of management roles due to size. but company-wide, we've seen significant growth, which has required a growth in management as well. We highly encourage you to meet with your manager to look into a leadership track for you, or even establish leadership training with our HR team, for future growth and development. We're deeply invested in your future at Jackson, and don't want you to miss out on any opportunities.

The job can be demanding, but it's a good thing because you definitely get out what you put in.

Wow! Thank you so much for this amazing feedback. Your skills as an RRT have been desperately needed in Georgia and we can't thank you enough for answering the call. This is great feedback, thank you for taking the time to let us know how we're doing! We strive to provide the "path" that works best for our travelers, so we're thrilled that you found the flexibility you were hoping for. We'd love to hear more about your experience with the app. If you have the chance, just pop over to our contact us form and let us know how it made you feel supported. It will help us as we work toward improvements! As to your Cons, we couldn't agree more that choosing the "right" recruiter for your personality and communication style is important. Some travelers prefer very little communication and like to do things for themselves, and others really enjoy the concierge style of several of our Recruiters. Keep in mind, if you ever want to change recruiters, you just let us know. Thank you again for your feedback!
