I worked at Jackson Therapy Partners full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Some of the people were cool. Plus I got a pair of Maui Jim sunglasses, so that was cool.

    Cons

They promote people into management positions because they are good individual contributors and/or are friends with the rest of the management team. No formal training program, and they will fire you at the drop of a hat with zero reason given. Probably the worst place I’ve ever worked.

    Advice to Management

Fire your “leadership team” and start over. Terrible.

While we really appreciate you taking the time to leave us feedback, the management team that was in place when Maui Jim sunglasses were handed-out was in 2011. So, while we're disappointed you had... More

I have been working at Jackson Therapy Partners as a contractor (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Regardless of the recruiter I worked with as a full-time contract traveling therapist, I've always gotten paid on time and my concerns addressed. I feel heard, listened to and appreciated.

    Cons

My only con is when a recruiter has someone replace them when they are on PTO the substitute can seem a bit pushy because they are unfamiliar with you. Rarely but still annoying is when departments don't seem to be communicating with one another (e.g. credentialing) before they contact the contractor regarding updates.

    Advice to Management

Should be better communication among substitutes and recruiters and the different department team members in general.

    Pros

Brian Laninfa is a great recruiter. Constantly on top of what is going on. He is an excellent communicator and he has gotten me some awesome contracts.

    Cons

It's hard to tell whether you are getting reimbursed fairly as a contractor. Brian was very fair with me.
