    1. Pay is generally pretty good.
    2. Work environment is fairly relaxed. People don't question your actions every waking moment of the day.
    3. Co-workers are very diverse and make for great conversation.

    Cons

    1. Benefits are sub-standard.
    2. The organization is very corporate to a fault.
    3. Career progression is convoluted. Managers are not very transparent about how you are performing.

    Advice to Management

    1. Communicate frequently about what an employee really wants and work with him/her to accomplish those goals.
    2. Stop the blame game.

    Great work life balance, flexible hours, interesting large capital projects. Knowledgeable mentors. A great place to learn.

    Cons

    Terrible benefits, no trust between upper management and lower level workers, glass ceiling, no maternity leave

    Advice to Management

    Treat professional workers as that. Do away with overtime pay and create a bonus structure to incentivize. Offer basic maternity leave without making women claim UNEMPLOYMENT.
