I worked at Jamba Juice part-time

    Pros

Jamba Juice has good tasting smoothies. Sometimes there were nice regulars.

    Cons

Absolutely everything else. Constantly cried even at the job and manager didn't care. Wrote a list of illegal things the manager was doing to report him.

    Advice to Management

    Don't work here.

    Pros

    4-6 hour's at times
    Day or night time
    Friendly customers

    Cons

    Awful management
Not a nice place to work
    Not very good co-worker's

    Advice to Management

If you could please fix the staffing or the management it would be a lot more better place. It's kinda not a very good place to work anymore

I worked at Jamba Juice part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

They have good tasting smoothies; customers are nice.

    Cons

Minimum wage pay; boss watches live stream on cameras at home and calls the store constantly; co workers are slow and unmotivated; crappy employee discount.

    Advice to Management

Get a manager who has extensive experience running a smoothie shop. Not just someone who has enough money to open a franchise. The manager and owner should be two different people.

I worked at Jamba Juice part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    - (Mostly) fun coworkers
    - Sometimes we got to take expired food home
    - Worked at a slow store so there was lots of down time

    Cons

    - Absolutely awful franchise owners who did not care about employee welfare or work environment in the slightest.
    - Appliances and supplies were ancient and we simply had to deal with it, despite it producing sub-par quality food/drinks, prevented us from giving fast service, etc.
    - Nothing ever got repaired in a timely manner. Our AC was down for over a month in the middle of summer, it peaked at 85 degrees inside and no one came in to fix it during that time, despite multiple maintenance requests.
    - Always, always, always understaffed because they were extremely conservative about spending money on labor, and they'd rather let us suffer and work twice as hard. For example, I often worked with just one other employee, the two of us taking care of 20+ customers at once.
    - I could go on and on.

    Advice to Management

    See the "cons" mentioned above.
