    -Free smoothies (if your supervisor is generous)
    -Access to healthier food products
    -Flexible scheduling
    -Good gateway for first time workers into customer service/food handling

    It was honestly a chill job

    Cons

    towards the end they got way tooo greedy with my hours and started complaining about tiny things that agm's even do- tucking in my jaba juice t-shirt. AS if any customers could care about that

    -great coworkers
    -make interesting drinks
    -free smoothies
    -not a very stressful job although it was busy during the summer
    -flexible work hours

    Cons

    -my manager was horrible and fired someone for being homosexual
    -my manager wouldn't pay for me to go to the doctor after getting injured in the job
    -can we say minimum wage?!?!
    -they made me work alone all the time, which is very unsafe

    Pros

    Employee "meal"
    Discount for Jamba Juice or Jack in The box, it works for both.
    Great first job of entry level job

    Cons

    Understaffed
    Store needs major updates / renovations
    Lots of drama and isn't worth it for .25 more than min wage
    Basically making juice all day..
    Employee turnover rate is HIGH

    Advice to Management

    do what's best for the store and not just your pockets

    $6 discount on your choice.

    Top many technical requirements to learn and deal with

    Too much labor for the pay

    Stingy management

    They do close then open next day schedule

    Pros

    Not difficult as a team member, or even a shift lead...
    Some decent people
    Would recommend to be a team member, more flexible and better for students

    Cons

    NOTE: Worked in Salt Lake City, UT where most of the Jamba Juices' in the state are part of a franchise
    Extremely unstable management; worked there for ten months and only had a manager there for five of those ten months
    Pay was poor
    Made clear what my hours were part-time but was then scheduled full-time hours while being a full-time student
