    Amazing work environment, growth potential, full benefits and paid vacation/sick days/personal time.

    Cons

    Training is a bit wishy washy-you get trained properly if working at a corporate location but at a franchise it is hit or miss.

    Advice to Management

    Bring back training courses for all team members and management staff. Not just launchpad (online training).

    Pros

    I don't know where to start this was a great experience for me as a Manager I learned a lot about myself and my team. I miss it everyday!!!

    Cons

    My biggest con was the rate of pay for the distance to travel.

    Advice to Management

    If I could say anything to higher management it would be to get more involved in the stores not just the numbers the store is producing.

    Room to grow, lots of advances to develop. Strong customer service experience, ability to handle schedule and hiring. Good environment

    Cons

    Fast paced environment, hard to complete day to day cleaning tasks, underpaying, nearly impossible to receive bonuses. Lack of supervision

    Drink is fun to make sometimes when it tastes good and like when you have fun doing what you're doing

    Pros

    Tasks are pretty easy and if your coworkers are cool you can have a great time! Plus a free smoothie every shift!

    Cons

    Rude and entitled customers, getting up early for that 7am shift, huge rushes when the line goes out the door and there are a million smoothies to make

    Pros

    Great atmosphere at my store in Milpitas. Loved [most of] the team members. Great GM, Roland and DM, Kimmie. Considerate of my school schedule.

    Cons

    Only downside is the hours, if you become a shift manager. You're usually expected to work either open-12:30pm wish of 2:30-close ish and opening shifts tend to start at 5:30am while losing shifts tend to end around 10. Can be a little overwhelming for someone who's a full-time student as well.

    During a rush, it can be overwhelming. Difficult to memorize what goes into 20+ varying smoothies.

    Pros

    There was flexible hours and the staff were very favorable. My coworkers made the experience easier on myself. The product was good and real. The major problems were dealt with by the upper management.

    Cons

    The management was very lackluster. The manager that hired me was frequently gone because of being hungover. The cleanliness of my particular store was under par (however was dealt with).

    Advice to Management

    Stricter cleaning enforcement. Hire more reliable management above the team members. Add a program or space on the receipt so people can add a tip if they want.
