    The interview was really easy and within a week they told me I was hired. The manager and employees are friendly and patient enough that they care about improving your skills

    Pros

    Good experience , good timing ,learning and trying new things , friendly staff, great recipes and tasty snacks , good pay to start off with

    Cons

    Constantly out of frozen fruits and a Sherberts (maybe every week or so ) and no Overtime is ALLOWED, Even when you still need to clean up , sometimes expect us to clean for free since no overtime is allowed

    They work really well with your schedule and if you ever need time off, they are fine with it and don't give you a bad time about it. Everyone who works there is really nice and work well together.

    Cons

    You never get raises unless you get promoted to shift lead.

    Very fun job open to all different types of people & personalities. Room for growth and on the job experience.

    Cons

    Not enough hours to go around for how many people they want you to have staffed to keep everyone happy. This creates high turnover. So always training new people.
