Pros
We grow and we help people. That's all engineers really want.
Cons

A Great Company on the Right Trajectory

Considerable opportunity for career growth, on the job training, competitive solution, attainable goals, great benefits, travel opportunities in the right roles, president's program for sales achievers, etc etc. There are many more to list tbh.
Cons
The more they grow, the less they feel like a start-up (which was a huge appeal for years). Increased employee count means more competition for promotions.
