Culture us amazing, true start up feel, company values are true to the end user. Work hard and play hard mentality. Office has many perks! Company provided equipment, gourmet coffee (free)

A little overwhelming at times, internal support issues sometimes linger, which makes some new account managers have a feeling of no support.

- Jamfies are exceptionnally smart, keen to help and genuine in their relationships. - Team work is not only a word. That's the DNA of Jamf. - Good salary package with interesting perks and time management (time-off for charity etc) - The founders and the CEO are great people to hear and follow : they truly believe in making the world better and helping the community

Cons

The company is moving from its casual culture to the corporate world and the transition is very brutal. Some managers are overwhelmed by growth targets and it put them under high pressure. Jamf is not 'cool and hype' anymore... Work-life balance is an absolute zero

Pros

Jamf is a growing company with lots of opportunity if you are passionate about what you do and are willing to work hard. The culture is relaxed, flexible, and the company values aren’t just corporate speak. They are really engrained into the operational decisions and how people act. I have only been with Jamf for a few months, but I am more than 20 years into my career, and of all of the companies I have worked for Jamf has really good people. There’s not a lot of ego, or arrogance, just people who work together to make sure the company succeeds.

Cons

There are a lot of opportunities to work those on your team, but we could do a better job at working together across departments to learn from each other, collaborate, and avoid being too silod.

-Amazing company culture -Everyone is top of the line. They are able to hire the best of the best -Opportunities to grow and learn -Events to bond (social activities with new comers, JAMF Week, department appreciation events etc) -Not having to take work home unless you want to -No micromanaging by superiors -AWESOME benefits, including PTO

-It's growing so quickly that sometimes changes happen without you knowing -While not really a con, you have to be willing to work to stay on the top of your game or else you'll be left behind -Being able to compensate for our talent would allow us to keep more people since recruits try to take us away

The option to choose where you want to work is incredible and leadership embodies these beliefs.

Cons

The company had an incredible culture prior to going remote. Now, with so many new employees who started remotely, its hard to showcase that same culture in a remote world.
