        Pros

Upper management is pretty good, benefit of the doubt, nice electronics, work from home options, nice culture, inclusion and diversity, donations, good training material.

        Cons

I suspect pay is not as fairly distributed as a liberal company should be. As much as we hope and feel Jamf should do the right thing in the end sometimes it is a business and just the money matters. Sometimes mid-level management can drop (extra work) a bomb on the lower ranked folks without warning but that's rare to be fair. Internal process and growing pains can really bog things down when you're trying to get work done.

Thanks for leaving a review! At Jamf, we put people first and we share a selfless devotion to do the right thing. We strive for improvement in all aspects of our business, including regular reviews of our benefits and compensation packages in order to remain competitive in the industry. Overall, we’ve been able to maintain stability in our culture and values during the growth we have experienced, but are aware this can lead to some growing pains. We continue to review employee feedback, both informally and from our Employee Engagement Surveys, so we can continue to make progress and ensure our people succeed.

      Property Manager

As a leasing agent for two years, I then worked my way to assistant manager for t 11 months. Then, to a property manager position, nine months into my new role as manager, I was terminated, with no warning, completely unexpected. How do I explain this undeserving action and embarrassment in an upcoming interview without any risk in the decision-making of my employment with the company I am interested in? I hope I am relaying this in a way that is understood.
