Good money. Flexible Hrs. You have to reinvest, if your not going to acquire your own business. Try and build a good relationship in the beginning with your clients. So you don't have to deal with Jani-Kings operations managers. Those OM Middle men cause a communication gap, between you and your clients.

A lot of driving. The Operations Managers will talk bad about you to clients. Communication will suck if you don't create a good relationship with your client.

Stay away from this company . They will underbid the jobs and make it almost impossible for you to make a decent profit. They have very questionable trade practices. They will sell the accounts and charge you almost 20% finder's fee for a year on top of monthly fee of 20% . By time you pay off 40% TOTAL monthly fee for a year they will fabricate customer complaints and take away the accounts from you to resell to another unfortunate franchise owner. It's a pyramid scheme and in the end you will be left with broken hopes , dreams and empty pockets . Start your own cleaning business , market yourself , join local networking groups and good old word of mouth . That's all it takes . Something which I learned in the end .

If contracts are well negotiated, the pay can be rewarding. Schedule can be flexible, you set your own time to clean. Great people and Great products!

They tell you when you first sign up that you will receive additional business. After an 8 yr stretch of being a franchise owner, I have yet to receive any additional business outside of my first initial contracts. This is not good. I should just open my own company as opposed to buying into a franchise.

they under bids on all their contracts the management is for them selves they are the worst franchise in Cleaning u work all these long hrs with pay you get for working minimum wage pay they only threat the people and they family better because the whole office is full of family members so I wouldn't dare recommend them to no one and they FEE'S are extremely high so to who is thinking about going this rout don't do it get your license bonded and flyers out and start your own don't mess with this Company bad business!!!

Being your own boss..........kinda....the experience teaches you what not to do. You do, however, receive some compensation. Easy to join if you have the money.

Everything they tell you is a lie! They sell you a dream to get you to put up your money. They are not not helpful to the franchise owners. Training is minimal. Not organized. Very costly!

This company is as cut throat as they come. You have the ability to get your own contracts, but your franchising office has the ability to come and take those contracts from you. They also go behind your back to steal the contracts that you were given and they give them to franchise owners that they are friends with. Stay away from this company. they will take your money and contracts. You will be a glorified employee

Monthly paid is good when the company help you get contracts you can make really good money 50,000 a year is a good living
