I have been working at Janie and Jack full-time

    Pros

    Great benefits and bonuses.

    Cons

For the amount of work and lack of training to progress, the pay didn’t compensate.

    Advice to Management

Pay well to lessen turnover. People leave the company because of the amount of work they do vs pay.

I worked at Janie and Jack full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Location is ALWAYS busy

    Cons

Online Returns should not affect store numbers

    Advice to Management

Hire more full- time people . This location needs at least 3 people on the floor at one time , esp on the weekends to ensure efficiency and to be able to help
all customers. More cashiers or hand-held devices to ring up people. A lot of customers walk out because of long wait times to be rung up, or no one helping them.
