    Leadership disconnect inhibits high level of collaboration among Immunology team

    over 'regulated' (too many requirements)
    under staffed
    demanding work load
    hours can be bad depending on your preference (12 hr shifts, weekend work)

    hire more people so workload is more manageable and there is better work/life balance

    Pros

    Part of JnJ so there is a pension

    Cons

    Middle management is foolish at best. High turnover in sales ranks. Bottom 30% always being worked out and eventually you will get there. Despite being part of JnJ there are few opportunities for advancement.

    Advice to Management

    Start very high up and begin rebuilding your management ranks with qualified candidates, The current management is at best corrupt.
