    I worked at Janssen full-time

    Pros

I worked at Janssen for approximately 6 months and had a wonderful experience. As a university student, I was treated as a full-time member of the team with great respect and was given a lot of responsibility on a variety of projects where I gained great exposure to my particular field. My manager and co-workers gave me feedback when necessary and took interest in my professional development. There is an open and friendly culture as people outside of my department would make conversation with me and give me career advice.
If you put time on upper management's calendar, they will make time to meet with you - people oriented while still maintaining the balance with business priorities.

    Cons

No negative feedback on the company

I have been working at Janssen (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Relaxed, family orientated, dog-friendly company. Retained some of its small company culture after it was acquired by J&J. Great benefits!

    Cons

Typically big pharma issues and "busy work" with endless mandatory online training. Can get tedious, but overall, nothing significant to complain about.

    Advice to Management

Try to maintain Alios values as long as you can.
