I worked at Jaro Education full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

As said earlier it certainly is a paymaster, now work culture is purely dependent on the manger, as was working for south region the management is superb and my branch manager was particularly very good, so if you are looking to join then prefer south branches than, pure startup environment office outings kind off work hard and play harder. Again my branch Hyderabad was a superb one, all colleagues and my manager particularly. If you are looking to learn all in all of sales good place to start with but again be sure to look at the attrition rate and you mange to survive the incentives are huge and they go for internal promotions as well.

    Cons

Well there is only one , attrition rate is too high and very limited products and existing are just fine.

    Advice to Management

Yeah its all comes down to business but again attrition rate is something that can be reduced if the management wants to, and please do add some good products to the kitty and improve the existing ones, otherwise it will be saturated soon.

I worked at Jaro Education full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

best reason to work over here is salary thats it ....otherwise nothing

    Cons

Its the worst thing an mba graduate would like to do..... mandatory two hours of calling ...any 12th pass can do....why they recruit mba i think they even dont know.
Data base is so bad that first they should fire the data team instead of firing sales guy...what they can do if have data of those people who are least interested to do mba forget about distance mba which has no scope in India.
100 of loopholes this company has ...Out which these are one if those one more is they ask their employees to switch off their smartphones then how can they expect clients to receive phones...if ur own company doesnt allow to use phone during work thn dont think other companies do...
lastly its the worst to work with especially to start career senior managers are very partial only help those who does sales ....no support

    Advice to Management

First u guys need a proper management course to learn how to run an organization...simply firing employees is not d way to do business u guys are spoiling careers of many to build your own career...shame on u ..

I have been working at Jaro Education full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Work place is good
    Colleagues are friendly

    Cons

    Too much of politics
    People tend to be fake.

    Advice to Management

Well you'll need to atleast follow a proper joining procedure. It's been just 2days that I joined the organisation, there is no induction that has taken place nor have I been given a hard copy of my resume. The part that shocked me is, the 2nd day of my joining I've been told to take calls based on just 1hr training and observing other people for 5-6hrs on how they take calls. So I'm still confused as a new joinee, what kind of a method is being used.

    Cons

Micro management is very poor, will be treated like slaves.
No respect for employees, employee treatment is the worst at jaro!
9 hours of constant calling, 6 days a week, saying the same words, it gets on your nerve!

I worked at Jaro Education full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Nothing at all sort of PROS.

    Cons

I have never worked in such a worst company, working with Jaro Education was my worst Experience. People working in company follow bossy culture.

Don't have proper management or work ethics.

with working with this company i came to know they are only for Money Takers from Students and don't provide any support to students once they paid the fees.

I highly recommended not to join this company as this is not worth of working for.

Even they don't take care of employees.
     - Phone need to switched off during work hours.
     - 1 Mins late and you will be marked as a half day.
     - Manager was Impolite / No work Knowledge / Rude/Stupid
     - Nothing to learn from company

    Advice to Management

If you can't make your Employees Happy, You Can't grow.

    Pros

Best reason to work- if you like to talk to people continuosly for 9hours a day non stop.

    Cons

Arrogant bosses. Know nothing about other work than preaching their own business on every body. They have no set rules n deadlines. They keep changing as n when they want. Most bizzare policies. N they have a sick minded responder to reviews on this website.

    Advice to Management

To your response, dated -10 July,2017 for my last review, respected management, you just proved that you take the credit positively, of being a spoiler, and secondly, if you won't admit... Let me admit that no one forced me to sign the offer letter, true. But when I signed the offer letter your true side didn't turn up to me. It just came out later in layers of worst possible nightmares. Out of the innumerable companies existing out there, your senior management is most inefficient, inadequate and to top it all, proud n rude for no reasons at all. The senior HR calls your company as a brand . Just compare your "brand" to actual brands. No head of organisation is as nosy as Jaro's. A fitter in most misfit environment.
