    Management is not open with their plans. No communication what so ever. Sense of belonging is missing.

    Please be open with the employees and stop addressing them as consultants. They are the reason for you to be in business.

    bad marketing. no open communication. Difficult to get hold of peple to discuss immigration answer. No straight answers.

    need to be more open and talk to employees. and address their concerns. Be more transparent
