      I have been working at Jave Daves full-time

      Pros

      The company means wells( when you need off last minute or have other issues there is no pressure) People are easy to get along with. Its a casual environment Low turnover Stress free work 401k is competitive for a private company The best coffee in Tulsa is free or at a discount

      Cons

      Sadly this is a company of the good ol boys club and because of severe blindness, laziness and the willingness to not change the company will suffer in the long run. No room for advancement management has been known to say to they will " have to drag them out" No technology Credit is not given when credit is due-management takes full credit.

      I worked at Jave Daves full-time for more than 5 years

      Pros

      Decent pay with a lot of independence when your out on your route.

      Cons

      The same as most any other family owned business, ie: family comes first.
