    Doesn't Recommend

    Pros

-Relaxed environment with little micro management
-A few very talented people in the organization

    Cons

-Compensation packages are below average standards
-Management seem to be interested in bringing on board less talented people for a low salary has decreased the competitiveness a lot
    -Learning opportunities are limited
-Growth opportunities are close to none
-Heavily understaffed with a large number of low performers

    Advice to Management

Improve salary packages, get some great talent on board and avoid saving money by hiring cheap labor as it will hurt the company and employees on a longer run.
