    No tension no work nothing is there not even infrastructure or stairs to climb on

    Cons

    Cons is that there are no free corns served there with any butter masala

    Pros

    - Directly get exposure to trading platforms
    - Understanding of listed derivatives and basic OTC products
    - Exposure to different asset classes including Commodities, Equities and FX
    - Variable component of bonus is lucrative

    Cons

    - Long term career path missing
    - A high risk , high return profile
    - Fixed Compensation growth is not so promising

    Advice to Management

    - Build a proper hierarchy in the company
    - Compensation structure should be more formal
    - Formal training should be provided to all new joinees

    The only good thing is the office location - KG Marg, CP, New Delhi

    Cons

    1) Highly highly unprofessional
    2) No learning at all for a graduate. The only thing you learn is how to 'execute a trade', not 'how to trade'
    3) You need to gain favor with the senior management to move ahead in the company. No recognition for performance.
    4) A whole lot of things that I can't reveal at this forum

    Advice to Management

    Bring some professionalism, don't treat graduates like cattle, recognize top performers (in the right sense)

    Pros

    The people are humble, knowledgeable and approachable. The opportunities can be created, if you've the passion. Everyone encourages you and helps you.

    Cons

    The promotions and growth chances are not much transparent, the company should look for zealous people and give them opportunities to decide at their level.

    Jaypee International should look for zealous people and give them opportunities to decide at their level. The ideas should come out and turned into actions.

    Pros

    Exposure to various asset classes (commodities, currency, etc)
    A high (20%) quota of profit sharing on proprietary trading desk

    Cons

    Management has no direction
    HR team has no power or authority and everything controlled by one person
    No promotions and slow growth
    No work life balance (14.5 hrs at work)
    No job security

    Advice to Management

    Get some structure and standardize operations, goals, communications, policies to avoid confusions. Delegate responsibility to avoid delaying decisions and develop a formal training program for new employees.
