I worked at Jean Coutu part-time
Pros
Like a small family at the pharmacy I worked at. Everyone was close. Work was not hard. There was also some time to talk to staff which as nice.
Cons
There was a lot of tension between staff. Led to a lot of pointless arguments. work could be a bit repetitive at times.
Advice to Management
Work more on building team culture. The pharmacist is the owner and a good leader, but did not play much of a role with the team to settle differences.

I have been working at Jean Coutu full-time (More than 8 years)
Pros
Uniform is provided for 1x a year. Customer service. You get to help people who are often in pain.
Cons
Very little profit from personelle brand. Raises are barely given. Severely underpaid for the experience I have. Human resources is a waste of space does nothing. They don't tell you that you have the right legally with the group to take 2x 15min break in an 8 hour shift. Very disorganized. Understaffed. Negative ambience. Pharmacist is always playing with their cellphone and never want's to give advice to customer but no one cares or does anything about it. No training is provided. Extremely stressful
Advice to Management
Train your staff! Provide sweater with uniform or fix the heating employees are constantly cold in the winter. Increase salary
