    Pros

I work as a Consultant with Jean Martin. Jean Martin is very specific in keeping its service quality experience seamless to our customers. They follow standards of excellence and encouraged my passion in strengthening my coding standards by giving me freedom to do research and present white papers on the topics through our internal blog.

    Cons

Create Research Labs to promote continuous learning curves to the employees to keep them abreast of new age technologies.

Cons – Too much of internal competition among teams. Lot of times you're fighting teams across global centres instead of the competition.
